In this case, it is necessary not to accept the shipment from the courier. If the shipment raises doubts and the packaging is damaged for example, refuse to accept the shipment and inform us of the situation. We will try to send new goods or return the amount paid to you as soon as possible. A more thorough inspection of the package is only possible after payment has been made and the transport document has been signed. In fact, the courier is not required to participate in this process, but you can ask him to wait until you have checked the shipment. If the courier does not agree, remember (or remind him) that in case of damage, he will have to come again to write a damage report. When damage is found and a report is written, the shipment remains with the addressee.
