RETURNS - (Please read the instructions from beginning to the end)
Don't like the item you ordered? Does it not fit? You don't have to worry, these things happen. You can send it back to us within 14 days and we will refund your money.
The goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
The goods must be unworn and resalable.
The goods must be packed in the original packaging, which must not be devalued. (For example, by taping with adhesive tape for the purpose of transportation)
In the event of damage to the goods or the packaging, the customer shall bear a reduction in the purchase price of at least 10%. The goods must not be damaged or devalued by you in any way or become dirty.
Return step by step
Place the return form together with the unworn goods in the original packaging (shoe box, foil). You will find your invoice in the details of your order in the e-mail.
Wrap the item or shoe box in foil, paper, plastic bag or a larger box. Please do not cover the original shoe box.
We do not have a return label and you must send the shipment at your own expense.

When the package is delivered to our main address Bratislava - Slovakia, you will receive an information e-mail with the status: The goods have been received, we are sending money. For refunds from this e-mail a period of 14 days applies. From the first e-mail, you will receive another e-mail within 14 working days at the latest, informing you that the money has been refunded and you will receive it within 3 working days according to your bank or PayPal.
Please note - Important note
Please be sure to keep the receipt from the post office (a photocopy is sufficient). In the event that the return does not reach us, we can use the receipt to start the complaint procedure.
Please do not bring the return to the warehouse in person.

In case of damage to the goods or packaging, the customer bears a reduction in the purchase price of at least 10%.
Keep the shipping confirmation from the post office (receipt with tracking number) after shipping in case the package does not reach us. If the parcel is lost, we cannot accept a complaint without a shipping confirmation. Please note that the return process usually takes 25 days. So you don't have to worry if nothing happens for a few days and our customer service can't speed up the process within these 25 days. However, if the return process takes longer than 25 days, you can contact our customer service. Thank you for your understanding. If the parcel is lost or devalued during transportation, you can claim the parcel with your delivery bill at the post office and get your money back.
Dear customer, you must understand that we are not at fault for the return of the goods, so you must bear the cost of the return.
